My Missionary Commission

MY MISSIONARY COMMISSION

I am Called of God. My authority is above that of the kings of the earth. By revelation I have been selected as a personal representative of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is my Master and he has chosen me to represent him. To stand in his place, to say and do what he himself would say and do if he personally were ministering to the very people to whom he has sent me. My voice is his voice, and my acts are his acts; my words are his words, and my doctrine is his doctrine. My commission is to do what he wants done. To say what he wants said. To be a living modern witness in word and deed of the divinity of his great and marvelous latter-day work.

*Call temple to make reservations for Jan 8th
*go to distribution center and get clothes
*call MTC about Visa Application
>*take passport pictures (get 8 pictures)make and print 15 passport pictures to send to Madagascar
>*make appointment for immunizations
>*call pediatrician to get immunization record
>*purchase passport
>*email passport information to mission president
>*make copies of passport
>*mail passport to MTC
>*fill out visa application
>*mail visa application and passport photos to MTC*get interview with stake president for temple recommend
*go to the temple
*make smaller version of patriarcle blessing for scriptures>*make sure dylans scriptures have name on them and the case*make copy of drivers license
*make copy of current immunizations
*make copy of birth certificate
*make birthday calendar with photos
*get power of attorney
*get put on Dylan's bank account to be able to transfer money
*get oil
*get large binder and put all missionary papers in it
*get police letter (do it on March 23 and no earlier)mail to MTC before Apr 1st
*Get email and physical address of friends so Dylan can write
*set up dear elder
>*set up my lds account
*purchase memory cards for camera
*put name on laundry bag
*make list of how much money he will need to have will in mtc and for flight to madagascar
*check MTC website on 3/6 to see what time he reports
*get 4 generation pedigree chart and some family stories
*order 2nd pair of glasses
*make list of foods you like- so we can send the stuff in packages.
*take pics of car and make ad for craigslist
*make up some teaching aides to help investigators
*call church Headquarters to request line of authority
*check with aaron for medical insurance
*get general conference tickets
*get travel pouch
*let family know of temple date
*send dylans email address to friends and family
*purchase missionary cards
*send email to request exit interview on 3/27 with stake president
*set date to get set apart as an missionary
*prepare for farewell talk (you know it is coming)  -Farwell talk will be on 3/27
*get missionary pictures
*get missionary plaque
*purchase clothes and miscellaneous items.
*make sure we have all papers need to enter the mtc
*get directions to the mtc
*make arrangements for stay in Salt Lake City
*pay off all debts
*charge camera and put name on it
